This journal is an Open Access academic publication. About Charges: This Journal (JRCC) is completely free of charges. No fees are required for submission, review, or publication.

This journal provides author honorariums based on the quality of submissions, contingent upon the availability of journal funds. Should funds be depleted, no payments will be issued.

Archiving and Storage Policy:

To facilitate access and download of articles by authors, readers, and search engines, this journal periodically uploads all published articles to platforms such as Internet Archive, Academia.edu, Baidu Clouds, Lanzou Clouds (psw: bp05) and submits them to Google Scholar, Airiti Library and Yuedan Knowledgebase following the release of each issue.

All journal content is stored on Tencent Cloud COS (Cloud Object Storage) with multiple backups, including cloud servers and local storage systems, to ensure data security and long-term preservation.
